The inner image was designed by Sandi Kiehlmann and is predominantly worked in machine embroidery. The panel celebrates city dwellers' love of bargain hunting. Needless to say it is raining and the hapless couple shelter under their umbrella while all around them there are very amusing illustrations of typical scenes at the January Sales!
